Interactive zones (where visitors are able to submit questions or comments) are available to users. Vivacci reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content placed in such zones that would violate current French legislation, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where appropriate, Vivacci also reserves the right to take legal action against any person submitting content that may be construed as racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic, regardless of the medium used (text , photography …).

In France, personal data is protected by Law n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive dated 24 October 1995.
In accordance with Articles 38 and following of French law 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 and pertaining to computers, data protection and privacy, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to their personal data.
